Email us
Write to hello@areacodesearchusa.com. We aim to reply within two business days, and we answer every genuine message — including the ones telling us we got something wrong.
What to include
- Data corrections: the area code, the field that is wrong, what it should say, and ideally a source we can check — a carrier notice, a regulator bulletin or a municipal page.
- Missing coverage: the code and the city or county you expected to see. New relief codes often appear before every reference has caught up, so these reports are useful.
- Bugs: the page URL, your browser, and what happened versus what you expected. A screenshot helps.
- Privacy requests: tell us what you want to know or have deleted. See the privacy policy for the little we hold.
- Advertising, licensing or press: a sentence about who you are and what you need is enough to start.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you who owns a phone number, block a caller, trace a call or recover money lost to fraud — we hold no subscriber data at all. For unwanted calls, contact your carrier, and report fraud to the FTC (United States) or the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (Canada). If a call involved an immediate threat, contact local police.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the code's own page — the FAQ there covers dialing rules, overlays and time zones for that specific code. Start from the directory or the area code map, and see about for how the data is compiled.
